Navy Blue​

Vintage striped bathing suits​

Royalty once came to Zarautz for sea bathing. Even today, the beach cabins retain the navy-blue stripes typical of the bathing suits of that era. To preserve the white stripes, I applied paraffin to the paper, allowing it to repel the watercolor.
