I stopped by the side of the highway to paint the distant Mount Aragats, which I first naively mistook for Mount Ararat.

These rounded yellow buses are a common sight throughout Armenia.

The proud owner of this Soviet-era blue truck told me it was a ZIL.

Spring was just beginning, and I could see the trees blossoming from my window.
